西格尔大厅 is a community style residence hall housing approximately 150 first-year men, living in double-occupancy rooms. Seager features accessible laundry rooms on each floor and a community lounge, known as Jefferson Lounge, with ping pong tables, 自动售货机, and space for students to study, 举办一些活动, and spend time with friends. Seager has gone through recent renovations, including new flooring and air conditioning.
