This year, we'll have a keynote, the pitch competition, 和 check ins with past winners. Dinner will be served for all attendees.

Ibi科尔

作为一名MAI, AI-GRS, 注册一般估价师, Ibi has extensive experience in complex, 商业, economic 和 residential valuation, which includes multi-year cash-flow projections for properties up to 1-million square feet in size 和 over $500 million in value. Her experience spans 20 years in appraisal 和 real estate investment. It includes professional witness for litigation cases 和 tax appeal. Ibi has been recognized for commitment to youth education 和 training, 和 has offered numerous internships for appraising, 物业管理, real property investment 和 real property analytics. Ibi will serve as this year's keynote.

DuShaun is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) through the Yoga Alliance 和 was certified through Bloom Yoga Studio in June of 2020. 除了, she received her 95-hour Children’s Yoga Certification from Mission Propelle in the summer of 2018. DuShaun previously worked in higher education, 和 is currently a community organizer in North Lawndale, a community on the west side of Chicago. Because of her former 和 current work, DuShaun is focused on bringing yoga to youth, 积极分子, 和组织者. DuShaun teaches through the lens of equity 和 trauma-informed, hosting classes in “non-traditional” settings all over the city. She intends on taking down as m任何 barriers as possible to bring yoga to those who are looking for calm 和 relaxed minds. DuShaun truly believes yoga is for all, 和 shares that throughout Chicago 和 beyond. DuShaun will be joining us as a judge this year!

Her research appears in journals including the Review of Industrial Organization 和 应用经济学. Her current area of research is in sports economics, particularly the dem和 for women's collegiate sports. Diane has also served as the 教师 Athletic Representative to the NCAA 和 as an advisor to the 教师的导师 田径项目. She was the inaugural advisor to 欧米克隆美国经济荣誉学会会长. Diane will be joining us as a judge this year!

萨拉康托尔 is a creative leader 和 human-centered designer focused on equity, inclusion 和 social innovation. After seven years using human-centered design to create new markets for corporate clients, she co-founded Greater Good Studio in 2011 to apply the process 和 principles of design to the more pressing challenges of the social sector. Her team of “pissed-off optimists" has helped nonprofits, 基金会, 和 government agencies to build internal capacity for social innovation, create 和 prototype new programs 和 services, 和 sustain 和 scale their impact. Sara will be joining us as a judge for the second year!
